Biden says Hamas leader Sinwar's death represents 'a moment of justice'

Speaking in Berlin, Germany, President Joe Biden said the death of Yahya Sinwar in Gaza represented "a moment of justice."  The Hamas leader had blood on his hands, Biden said. He also praised Germany's support in putting pressure on Iran.
