Chad Michael Murray is giving Us what we want.
Murray, 43, posed shirtless for a calendar photoshoot and shared the steamy shots one week before the release of his Netflix holiday film The Merry Gentlemen, in which he plays a dancer at a male revue.
“It was either this or another ugliest dog of the year calendar,” Murray joked via his Instagram Story on Wednesday, November 13. “Link coming soon :).”
Earlier that day, Netflix unveiled the photos via Instagram with a special video message from Murray himself.

“So, listen, I may have the perfect white elephant gift for your holiday party,” said the actor, sporting a dark pinstripe suit with a white shirt underneath. “Check out my 2025 calendar.”
For the month of January, Murray flaunts his tanned and toned physique in a loosened bow tie and tuxedo pants, and in February’s shoot, he holds a heart-shaped pillow in front of his crotch while holding a Cupid’s arrow.
In March, he holds a basketball and green bow tie, a nod to St. Patrick’s Day; in April, he’s got bunny ears; in May, he’s got a bouquet of roses for your mother; in June, he tips his graduation hat; in July, he wears the American flag like a robe; and in August, he’s got a cake for his birthday on the 24th.
Come September, he sports his game day face, clutching a football on the field; in October, he holds a pumpkin while wearing overalls (one strap slipped off); and for the holidays, he is shown basting a Thanksgiving turkey and peeking out from behind a Christmas tree.

Both Murray and Netflix are building excitement for The Merry Gentlemen, which will be released on Wednesday, November 20. It also stars Britt Robertson, Marla Sokoloff, Beth Broderick, Michael Gross and Maxwell Caulfield. The film follows Ashley (Robertson), a professional dancer who, in hopes of saving her parents’ small-town performing venue, decides to stage an all-male, Christmas-themed revue. Murray, who plays Luke — a name all too familiar for One Tree Hill fans — is a repairman who agrees to join the show.
Murray hasn’t been shy about showing off his chiseled abs over the years. In an October 2020 interview with British GQ, he explained his basic relationship with food.
“I’m not a foodie, so that helps,” he said. “I eat out of necessity, not out of desire. I bring my own food to work – have done for the last ten to 15 years,” he said. “I live on the same thing every single day: nuts, coffee, Kind bars. I bring tuna to work every day for lunch with some Wheat Thins — American Wheat Thins.”
