Defense Secretary Austin expresses surprise at 'rapid collapse' of Assad's regime in Syria

U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin said, "Most everyone in the international community was surprised with the rapid collapse of Bashar Assad's rule over Syria, as well as how quickly rebel forces seized control of the country."
