Dozens killed and around 50 Palestinians wounded by missile strike on Nuseirat camp

Eyewitnesses told an NBC News team in Gaza that dozens of Palestinians, including at least 10 children, were killed by an Israeli airstrike on an apartment building in the Nuseirat refugee camp. The Israel Defense Forces said it was targeting a "senior terrorist in the Islamic Jihad."
