Lizzo has shared an insight into her diet with her social media followers, revealing what she typically eats day to day.
The “Good as Hell” singer, 36, posted footage of herself munching down on various foods via an Instagram Reel titled “What I Eat in a Day: as a Former Vegan” on Thursday, October 10.
Lizzo (real name Melissa Jefferson) showed off her meals for a typical day, which included egg white cups served with cauliflower hashbrowns and fruit, which appeared to be breakfast.
Later on in the video, the Grammy winner chowed down on a Buffalo chicken lettuce wrap, which she doused in mustard.

Another meal featured was grilled chicken accompanied by asparagus and carrots.
Among her drinks for the day were “lemon water” and “homemade peach tea” as well as a more unusual beverage choice, Okra water.
Okra water became a viral TikTok trend recently, with fans of the slimy drink believing it to be beneficial for weight loss, clearer skin and a more efficient digestive system.
“That lettuce buffalo sandwich wrap looked amazing.” wrote one of Lizzo’s impressed Instagram followers, while another added, “Let’s talk about that beautiful clear skin too @lizzobeeating. You look amazing girl! Love it!”
The post comes after Lizzo clapped back last month at rumors that Ozempic was behind her weight loss progress.
“When you finally get Ozempic allegations after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit,” she sassily wrote via a social media video on September 20.
The footage showed Lizzo brandishing a closed-mouth smile while wearing a silk robe.
She captioned her post, “oZeMpIc oR cOkE?” that was attributed to a “fan.” According to a screenshot included in her upload, a social media user had asked whether the singer had “[used] ozempic” or “[snorted] coke” on a previous image of Lizzo slipping on leather shorts over a Yitty bodysuit. (Yitty is Lizzo’s shapewear brand.)
Stars Who've Hit Back Against Body-Shamers
It’s not the first time Lizzo has shared her daily diet via social media. In 2020, Lizzo opened up via TikTok videos about what she ate as a vegan.
“As a new vegan, I’m enjoying exploring flavors from plants & plant-based proteins!” Lizzo captioned one video. “Every journey is personal & deserves to be celebrated.”
Among the food and drink consumed, according to the TikTok clips, was a green breakfast smoothie made with coconut water, kale or spinach and frozen fruit.
She also revealed a fresh salad which contained kale, red cabbage, broccoli, seasoned avocado, white onions, and carrots as ingredients.
