The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Whitney Rose says her 14-year-old daughter, Bobbie, is “doing so much better” after a recent hospital stay.
“That health scare with Bobbie was one of the most terrifying, hardest things I’ve gone through as a mom with my kids so far,” Whitney, who shares Bobbie with husband Justin Rose, told People on Thursday, November 7. “It was really terrifying watching her fight for her life.”
Whitney, 38, previously revealed last month via Instagram that Bobbie had been taken to a local hospital after suffering from severe asthma exacerbation.
“It was really terrifying watching her fight for her life,” Whitney recalled to the outlet. “But she is a fighter and she is strong and healthy. She’s recovering and she’s doing so much better. She’s home.”

Bobbie was discharged less than one week after arriving at the medical facility.
“Bobbie is out of the ICU and recovering at home!!” Whitney wrote via Instagram Story on October 10. “So grateful for all of your prayers and healing vibes. So grateful for all of your prayers and healing vibes.”
Whitney and Justin, 44, have been married since 2009 and also share son Brooks, 11. (Justin, additionally, has three older children from a previous relationship.)
“Our marriage isn’t any different than anyone else’s. We just share it, whether people like it or not,” Whitney previously told Us Weekly in September 2023. “We’re not sharing cringey things anymore.”
At the time, Whitney said she and Justin were doing “fine” after his appearance on the show led to him getting fired from his job.

“I think he didn’t work for a year. I got used to having him at home and I just focused on my businesses,” she told Us. “So the balance of work, life, kids [and] marriage had to be reset.”
Whitney continued, “Look at what he supported me through with my own family, my dad, my healing journey that just being a housewife, starting my businesses [and] my kids. I mean, he’s so supportive.”
During season 4 of RHOSLC, Whitney admitted that she and Justin hit a rocky patch.
“It was our anniversary, I just asked, ‘Do you still wanna do this?’’’ she told costar Angie Katsanevas in an episode. “He was like, ‘Do you?’ I was like, ‘I don’t know.’”
After Whitney and Justin solved their issues with improved communication, they were on a better page for the currently airing season 5 of RHOSLC.
