Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter Chelsea O’Donnell has been released on bail with help from another family member.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Chelsea’s birth mother Deanna Micoley posted the 27-year-old’s $4,000 bail on November 13. Under the conditions of her release, Chelsea shall “maintain absolute sobriety” and shall not possess or consume alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs.

Chelsea was jailed in Wisconsin after police carried out a search warrant in September, according to court records viewed by multiple outlets.

She was first booked in Marinette County on September 10, where her Amberg home is located, and released later that month after posting a $2,000 bond, jail records show.

According to court documents, Chelsea was charged with multiple felony counts of neglecting a child, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a drug trafficking residence. She was also charged with four misdemeanors, including disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegally obtained prescription drugs.

The mother of four was later booked into Oconto County Jail on October 11. She now faces felony counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and bail jumping, plus misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to jail records.

While behind bars, Chelsea spoke out against her adopted mother, Rosie, and accused her of being more interested in another high-profile legal case.

“My mother is more interested in getting the Menendez Brothers released from prison than getting me out,” she told the Daily Mail in an interview published November 4. “When I called Rosie to ask her to bail me out, she told me flat out, ‘You belong in there.’ She said: ‘I really can’t help you get out of there; I don’t want you to kill yourself. I don’t want to be responsible for you killing yourself.’”

In response to Chelsea’s claims, Rosie’s rep released a statement to Us Weekly on Tuesday, November 19, stating, “The family hopes that she gets the help she needs.”

One month earlier, Rosie posted a photo of her daughter via Instagram writing, “Sadly this is not new for our family — Chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for a decade — we r all hopeful she will find her way out of this deadly disease #💔 #love #alanon.”

In her jailhouse interview, Chelsea admitted that she has “a drug problem.” At the same time, she alleged that Rosie “turned her back on me.”
